"I was greeted as I walked in. Staff at desk was friendly. Any questions that I had was answered. To enter into building from lobby to your room you needed your room key. Which I liked. It was quiet which is what i needed. Shopping Mall and restaurants were close."

"Checkin took a while because the front desk person was helping someone on the phone. We added a day to our stay due to bad weather and he was confused about how to handle that since we reserved it on line. I had given my card info to them, then they wanted us to contact our on line source , then they didn't process the payment for the extra day so check out became clustered because the clerk tried to charge us a second time for the entire stay. Usually we just leave the key card in the room but...
