"My wife wanted to get away for a day and we cane across the Gem. It was absolutely perfect for us. Right next to the water with and amazing view from the deck also. We got to watch the sunset. The room has so many different details that i was still discovering as we were leaving. Very nice, clean and stocked. Host was very easy to reach if needed, communication was perfect. We will definitely be back for a longer stay. "

"Friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms with updates throughout the entire hotel. One of our favorite places to stay when we’re in Geneva. Extremely clean. Restaurant (Horizons) had an excellent dinner. Bed and pillows could be a tiny bit more comfortable but they’re “ok”. One MAJOR disappointment was we came in late (1:30am) thinking there would be some sort of a snack machine somewhere in the building and there’s not. Just drinks and the little store they do have closes at 9pm. My husband is a diabetic so this was a small inconvenience. I’ll prepare better next time. "
