It’s a night shift at an inn so I don’t expect anything from the service, but it was just a pleasant surprise. This guy is clearly proud of his job, likes people and walks life with respect to his work and others. And that’s so nice to see. And Hampton in just never disappoints with the cozy clean rooms. "

It’s was in the teens outside and felt like 35 degrees in the hallway. Then our heater didnt work, great service moved us to the second floor and this Floridan finally got warm. The heater was the best part of that room. Now, why is there only 2 TOWELS and 2 WASH CLOTHS? Saving money? I think not, just makes it harder on the clientele! 2 towels is crappy...
