"Terrible facility with false advertising, I booked the facility for three nights, but the first night was so painful that I requested a refund which was refused by the front desk. I booked the 4-star hotel for the same price for the rest of the two nights I stayed in Sardinia. There is no walking beach nearby, Beds are spring beds which will break your back, mosquitoes flying all over and biting all night. There was one A/C for three rooms. "Giovanni was very hospitable and kind. They did everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room is like a small apartment and it is located within walking distance to a beach and a bar overlooking the Mediterranean. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"We spent 9 magical nights in this beautiful house in the most incredible location. We have never stayed anywhere quite like it. We spent our days swimming in the bay or visiting the wonderful beaches, then the evenings eating by the water and sitting under the stars! We feel so lucky and cannot wait to come back! "The property is situated just outside of the main town up a very steep road. It offers a great view from the Terrace however it could do with some updating and maintenance to fix a few of the facilities (for example the air conditioning was not working and the kitchen blind broke when we were being shown around having just arrived plus the main door lock isn't great and really needs changing). "Beautiful hotel on the water. We had a room with a nice view of the bay from our small balcony. The room was small but we made it work. The staff was attentive. Breakfast was so perfect with so many beautiful options. It get crowded but they do a great job. The bar always had some one that could make you a beverage any time you walked by. We ate dinner there only once it was good. But the variety on the menu did not suit our tastes so we dinned out the other nights. Location is nice and quiet. Staff was wonderful and the hotel grounds were pretty. super clean and well kept."
