Upper floor: small lounge with sloping ceilings with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV and international TV channels (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Gas heating, air-conditioning. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, box-room.
