"The location was perfect to the hospital and shops. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The only issues would be the height of the beds and lounge. They were very low for elderly people to get in and out of. I constantly found long black hair in the apartment when nobody staying had long black hair. Overall, I was very happy. "

"Excellent apartment for 4-5 people. Pull out bed; however, was very uncomfortable. Chairs on the balcony were broken and was hoping to have this rectified for our stay but unfortunately was not, so we couldn’t use the balcony. Great communication with owner. Spacious kitchen with everything we needed, except a grater, mixing bowl and storage containers. Overall an excellent apartment and experience. "

"The room had a very strong paint smell - I could barely sleep the first night. It didn't help that it was a very hot night and there was no A/C. Avoid unless you have no other option. Also very confusing to find."

"This apartment is well located a very short walk from North Ryde Metro Station. The owner/manager sent very clear instructions on finding the apartment. The apartment is brand new and in good condition. It was also well cleaned. The decor is minimal and it was adequately, but sparsely, furnished and equipped. As far as I could tell, there is little in the way of dining options in the neighborhood and no grocery/convenience stores within walking distance. Overall, the apartment suited my needs...

"The new Metro within a short walking distance provides very quick access to the city/cbd area. If you want to stay away from the crowded cbd area, this is a great choice. The apartment is spacious and well maintained. Particularly liked the balcony with the table & chairs. "
