Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with.Great tranquil spot on the river where we could sit outside and relax or eat and fish at the same time. "The property was clean and matched images. Stairs are definitely an issue as there are no handrails and defiantly not easy to navigate if you are elderly or not too stable on your feet. The beds were pretty hard, the sleep out / trundle was pretty average and ok for small kids but not adults."

"Very happy with the location. South West Rocks was beautiful! The property was a great location but needs a lot of maintenance! The pool was not clean and dangerous! My kids slips on loose bricks at steps and around the pool is sharp along edge and decking is not stable. The house had dead bugs all over window sills annd full of dust and smelt of mould. The bath was full of dead bugs the whole property needed a clean! Dishwasher is broken. The hot water should be replaced with an instantaneous ...
