Your vehicle would only be needed if you planned day trips outside the area or to visit the International Dark Sky Park or go to the Jack Pine Lumberjack Show.

Great for a Girls' Weekend
Stayed at this property with my mom for a nice girls weekend away. The location was great and very convenient to get to Mackinac Island and Sault St. Marie. We're already planning a return trip for next summer and will definitely stay here again!

Girls Getaway Weekend
We held our annual girls getaway weekend here & could not have hoped for a better find! Perfect location, -walkable distances to everything! Accommodated 4 of us just perfectly, -we loved the outdoor porches for coffee in the morning & cocktails at night! Would stay here again!

The cottage is fantastic! The location is terrific. We were able to walk to the ferry, restaurants etc. Communication was great, check-in was easy, and it was super clean. Everything you need is provided for you. Would definitely stay again!

Great Mackinaw City in town VRBO
2nd time staying here and just as pleasant as before. It is all about the location and having no shared walls like you would from hotel. The set up is very much like being your own home away from home. Highly recommend if visiting the area.

Perfect Small House
We stayed here for Mackinac Island Visits. The front yard is perfect for late night relaxation, walking distance to ferry and just about anything you want to do. Didn’t have to drive once accept to leave to head home.

The house was very convenient. The key code didn’t work at first to access the house but a quick call to Terry and the problem was resolved. We enjoyed the location being close to attractions & the ferry. The house was very clean & comfortable. I would stay here again.

Huron Breeze Cottage-Wonderful
Beautiful cottage, fully stocked with all our needs and extremely clean. Easy walking distance to downtown shopping and either ferry line. The only downfall were the beds were a little to firm for us. Also the ferry shuttles with the trailers driving back and forth on the side street were a bit noisy.

Little slice of Heaven.
This was an incredible property to stay with the family. We were able to wake up every morning have coffee, walk or bike for a coffee sit on the patio or in the chairs and enjoy everything. My son who is almost 3 enjoyed it too and having the yard fenced in gave us peace of mind he wouldn’t get too far either. This place definitely gave me and my family peace of mind it was very cozy and made us each not want to leave.

Comfortable and well stocked cottage
We stayed at the cottage for 3 nights while visiting Mackinaw Island and the UP. It is very close to the ferry. The cottage was comfortable, clean and well stocked. We were impressed with the coffee and filters provided. Terry was very responsive to my questions about things to do and made suggestions that were great! Highly recommend.

Huron Breeze Cottage a nice surprise
The cottage was very clean. The couches were comfortable. Seems much more spacious inside than you expect. The property manager was prompt, available and very friendly. Though it is located in a fairly busy stretch of Mackinac City it was very quiet inside when doors and windows were closed. We would definitely choose this cottage again.

We thought your cottage was just right for us. We are 80+ and everything we needed was easily accessible. Everything was clean and attractive. The location of your cottage relative to down town is an asset. We weren’t certain we would like a cottage after giving up our trusted RV, but we are pleased. Thank you.

Wonderful stay!!!
We stayed 3 nights and caught the fireworks our first night. We are clean freaks and this cottage was immaculate! Its an older home with antique doorknobs. The cottage is adorably decorated with high end furniture. The only thing we could have asked for was an additional bathroom and bigger beds but we are a family of 3 females (1 being a teen) and normally sleep in king size beds. We knew going in though what we were getting so that is no fault of the property owner. We definitely loved our stay so close to everything. Terry was a great host. He was there at the drop of a hat to answer any and all questions.

Perfect location! Walking distance to all attractions ,shops and restaurants in Mackinaw city along with walking distance to both ferry’s to Mackinac island. Super clean and safe. Would stay again if we were to revisit. Great family trip.
