"The house was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake and the bridge. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch overlooking the lake and having a full kitchen. On the negative side there was a distinct gas odor in the garage and I would have liked to have extra garbage bags and a few dish towels. I would definitely stay there again!"

"I want to start off by saying we did not feel unsafe at all! Some of these reviews are dramatic. It is behind an older hotel but it’s not scary and no one is going to get you. Cabin was new and clean. The door lock batteries died and we couldn’t get in but they came out to fix it within 5 minutes. I messaged the host on here a couple times and didn’t get any reply back so communication wasn’t that great. I would suggest to add a full length mirror, hooks for towels and a broom for indoors. "Finally, a hotel that cleans the room each day, makes the beds, takes the trash, fresh towels and clean bath! We normally stay in more luxury hotels, and they do none of this anymore. It reminded me of why I liked hotels back in the day and reminded me whybwe switched to Airbnb's and private properties. Part of vacation IS getting a little TLC and this property and staff delivered! Thank you for being an authentic staff! "
