"Do not stay or try to book this hotel. I reserved a room and the reception said we do not have available rooms at all. If you do not have a room how was I able to reserve a room. They stole my money and they did not refund it to me. Keep your money and find other better hotel. "No AC (which is fine) and no screens on the windows (which are needed). I slept with bug spray on and still got bitten. Not very clean (mold smell is fairly prominent in halls, broken-down bathroom, but great location for proximity to Sümela Monastery. Fine for one night if not staying long. Wi-Fi didn't work well on laptop, not at all on phones."

"When we arrived, the place was closed, and it seems like it hasn't been a hotel for a long time. It was late afternoon, snowing, with the temperature at -5 degrees Celsius, and we almost ran out of a place to sleep! Our luck was that one person offered us help to find another place to stay. After more than two hours of arguing on the phone, the owner of another hotel agreed to accommodate us. I don't know what they talked about, but I'm glad everything worked out. This place should not be listed...

"Small modern hotel at the top of a mountain amidst nature with nice well equipped rooms and bathrooms. Good traditional turkish breakfast with a reasonable variety of hot and cold items. Friendly hospitable staff. The kids enjoyed the outdoors despite the limitation in terms of lack of a playground..but we liked the outdoor fire place and stunning mountain views..the elevator takes you to first floor only..but hotel employees will gladly assist you in taking your luggage to the second floor....

"This is a lovely quiet and cool place to stay. The staff gave us a warm welcome and helped with our bags as well. Their breakfast was fantastic, with fresh hot and cold food in the huge dining area. Our room was a timber resort style, very clean, with modern bathroom and a small second bedroom, so plenty of space, and great views. The grounds and exterior need a little bit of TLC, probably weather dependant. The highway has moved, so you have to search for the exit onto the old road."

"when I arrived at the location, they did not recognize the reservation made through Expedia and asked instead of 29 euros with breakfast, 40 euros without breakfast.
