Within easy travelling distance of beaches, market towns, mountain walks and attractions, there is an opportunity to get to know and love this lovely and laid-back corner of mid-Wales.
Size : Sleeps 10 in 5 rooms. Beds : 2 king, 1 double, 4 single. Rooms : Ground floor - kitchen, dining room, library, lounge, cloakroom with WC. First floor - double bedroom with en suite shower room, family bathroom, double bedroom, double bedroom with en suite shower room. Second floor - twin bedroom, landing area, twin bedroom. Kitchen and utilities : electric range oven, built in dishwasher, fridge freezer, large slow cooker, cafetiere and washing machine. Entertainment: 50”TV with Freeview, DVD player, books, games, toys. For families : travel cot, high chair and stair gate provided. Fireguard available on request. Please bring your own cot linen. Outside : Hot tub, gas barbecue, garden furniture, outdoor toys. Parking : Private parking spaces for up to 5 cars. General : Homemade cake provided on arrival. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, olive oil and dried herbs are provided. Central heating and electricity included. This property has it's own water supply which is tested and filtered. Bed linen, hand and bath towels provided. Logs and gas for barbecue provided. Wifi available. 3 hairdryers provided. Basic cleaning equipment provided. Lockable garage available for secure bicycle storage. Local supermarket (Co-op) can deliver. Pets : No pets. Notes : No smoking.
