"Great trip for spring break! The house is perfectly situated walking distance between the main park and beach. Having the golf cart available worked well for travel to and from the downtown shops and eateries. Ashley was easy, flexible, and very prompt to communicate with. This was our second trip to Cape Charles, this house was cozy and comfortable and truly felt like a vacation! "

The owners communicated well and they were very accommodating on my last minute trip planning. The beach wasn’t far at all and town was in walking distance with nice weather. "We had a terrific 2 night stay, February 28-March 2. My daughter turned 16 and we brought her and some girlfriends out for a weekend of celebrating. The house was perfect. It's a beautiful home with a well-appointed kitchen and perfect bedrooms. Plenty of space for our group of 10 to sleep comfortably, and the common area worked well too. Winter can be a tough time in Cape Charles because some things shut down, so this house was terrific because the girls could use the hot tub and go for beach walks. We ordered pizzas and salads from Deadrise the first night, had a great lunch out at The Shanty and found that plenty of shops were open for meandering. Make sure you arrive on time for sunset; the views are incredible. Thanks so much. Hope to come back. "
