"I liked that there was a connection between the restaurant and chalet. Dinner and breakfast was included. The chalet was clean, bright, air conditioning, mosquito net around bed, bed was comfortable, and water and coffee was included in room. The owners and service staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"The front desk people were rather nasty, I made a mistake on my booking and then didn’t want to help me out. It wasn’t until I got upset that they resolved it! Customer service is sadly lacking here in Moz. "
