"The property is located in the historic center of San Marino. It’s quite an uphill climb, so those with mobility issues might consider elsewhere. Otherwise, the bathroom was excellent, and the hotel was clean. I forgot a Bluetooth speaker in my room, and the staff called me within 5 minutes and met me at the gate to the center, so I didn’t have to drag my luggage back up the hills. Excellent service. "

"It was surprising that there was no parking at the hotel. There is a shuttle that drives through the city and picks the guests from different hotels so it takes a while up to 45 min to get to the parking.The location and helpful staff are big pluses. There is no swimming pool at the hotel. There was no TV in the room. We were given later something that looked like a computer monitor without a remote control. Pillow cases were stuffed with something that made them very uncomfortable...Breakfast...

"The hotel is located in central picturesque area of Montegiardino. With possibility to park near the hotel or at the square nearby. The room is very spacious, comfortable, nicely renovated and clean. There is an option to have breakfast, which will be served directly at your room. "Stayed in the off-season (October) so didn’t take advantage of the beach or pool but the hotel itself was nice. Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. My particular room had evidence of water damage in the bathroom that hadn’t been properly repaired, but overall was a nice place to stay. "

"Room was clean and spacious with a king bed. Walking distance to train and bus terminal. Many restaurants to select within 10 min walk. Breakfast was great. The only complaint I have is I asked for no housekeeping since I was staying only 2 nights, but found my belongings were rearranged. "

"What a gem- a historical landmark and museum. A professional, quality staff, unique rooms, excellent breakfast, gourmet dinner, awesome wine selection, etc. The value was just unmatched in terms of what you receive for the cost, especially compared to hotels in the US. Great place. Easy parking

"Grand Hotel San Marino is just outside the main wall of the city what make is possible to be able to park but you are still a few steps from the main entrance. Beautiful view from the room and restaurant associated with the hotel is one of the best ones in town."
