Apartamento, bem equipado, perto de tudo,como diz o anuncio, supermercados, restaurantes, feirinha de Pajuçara, enfim, no melhor lugar, Josi a proprietaria uma excelente pessoa, nos deixou ficar ate a hora de embarque, que no caso seria mais tarde,tudo bem organizado, limpo, pra quem gosta de se sentir em casa,o lugar perfeito, recomendo esse apartamento.

Não gostei tanto dessa vez
Sempre aluguei o par da D. Josi pq gostava muito. Mas dessa vez não gostei tanto. O chek in era as 16 hs porém quando chegamos ainda estava limpando o apt. Ficamos no hall até as 17:50 Quando foi liberado ou seja 1 hora e 50 minutos depois . Chegamos em Maceió 12:00 Mas ficamos andando na rua até dar 16 hs que era o Chen um ou seja , cansados , suados, as finanças já sem paciência e ainda espera 1 hora e 50 A mais do horário combinado . Não foi bom! Outra coisa que não gostamos foi dos colchões de solteiros, são muito finos, é quase que dormir no chão e passamos 9 dias lá, eu e meu esposo sentimos muita dor nas costas pq preferimos deixar as crianças no quarto de casal , onde a cama é boa e tem ar condicionado.Como dormimos na sala passamos muito calor, mais dois dias depois a D. Josh nos levou um ventilador . No mais tudo bem, só esses dois relatos realmente incomodaram

Perto de quase tudo , praia , farmácia , mercado , cinema , restaurantes , feira de artesanato , etc . Bom para casais . Tem o necessário . Apartamento já precisa de uma pintura . Garagem ok . Recomendo .

Ótimo para duas pessoas
O apto corresponde a tudo que outros hóspedes já disseram. Localização nota 10, vc abre a cortina e parece já estar na praia. Tem todos os equipamentos necessários. Comércios, restaurantes e supermercado ficam bem ao lado. É ideal para dois porque dispõe de um quarto e uma de cama de casal. Mas se for levar crianças é possível acomodar, pois tem também um sofá e dois colchões, embora fique mais apertado. Recomendo muito o apto da Josi. Outra coisa: as fotos não mostram, mas agora em abril de 22 as TVs eram duas, na sala e no quarto.

Sem palavras para descrever a estrutura do imóvel, a proximidade de tudoooo e a presteza da Josi. Imóvel limpo amplo muito bem localizado, quase nao precisa de carro/uber p atividades básicas, portaria do prédio prédio educada. E o que mais me deixa feliz e me faria voltar de fato é a proprietária ser extremamente atenciosa e rápida em ajudar e responder msg!

Muto bom excelente, local muito perto da praia, o que me deixou a desejar foi o atendimento dos funcionários da portaria, muito sem vontade de nos atender, até parece que estão la sem receber, pra achar meu apartamento, foi uma dificuldade, como sendo a primeira vez no apartamento, deveria pelos menos nos acompanhar para no mostrar o apartamento, ou manda alguém nos acompanhar, no mais todo foi otimo.

A Josi é um encanto de pessoa e nos recebeu com muito carinho. O apartamento é aconchegante e tem tudo que precisamos. Localização privilegiada, prédio super seguro, higienizado com funcionários educados e solícitos. Supermercado, lanchonetes, farmácias, restaurantes....tudo pertinho. Excelente localização! Prédio de frente para a Praia e o lado da Feirinha de artesanato. Sorveteria em baixo do prédio e fartura de restaurantes ao seu redor. Portaria pessoal muito educados.
