Muito ruim! O apt 825 é o pior desse prédio,
Há uma tubulação na entrada do apartamento que acho que seja do apartamento do lado, e se alguém tomar banho, você não consegue descansar, o barulho é gigante. A cama não é muito confortável, e sem contar que o prédio tem uns 20 andares e apenas DOIS elevadores, sendo que um estava inoperante.
