"The signage to the property was hard to find & the sandwich board that indicated the motel & no vacancy could not be seen as it was behind a tree in the street . Thank goodness for google maps . We were concerned about the position of the fire blanket in the room , in the case of a cooking fire you would have had to reach over the hot plate to retrieve it . It should be on the wall beside the hot plate & sink . "

"Gums and Roses was such a gem to find in the Adelaide Hills! We loved the tiny house; small but has everything you could need, and in the perfect location. Perfect for watching the horses and kangaroos and close to the pubs if you're after a meal at night. Our host was so nice and let us come and meet her horses which was great.
