"I had to chase for the entry codes to the property, literally an hour before arrival at the place. Possibly because I booked through Expedia, but that shouldn't be my problem, and it really annoyed me. Not a word of apology from the host, again, might be language barrier, but does not show them in the best light. Room itself is absolutely fine, and quite pleasant although would do with a spoon and a proper cup or two..."

"We found the property easily google maps took us to outside the door. And we got a parking space. Entered the B&B and had an issue to what room was ours as there were no keys but then we found the room with the key in it as we had a classic room but were given the loft room , presume an upgrade (which was very cute rustic quirky and novel ) Loads of space for the two of us and the bed was very comfortable It was a quick 20 minutes from the airport served our purposes as a base for the night...

"We had a wonderful 1 week stay here. Cosimo our host was a wonderful person. He helped us so much to plan our time in Sardinia. It was an extremely convenient location. Our room was comfortable and the bed was great to sleep on. There was food and drinks available at all times . Overall I would highly recommend staying here."

"This place was not as advertised. The pictures led us to believe there would be a kitchen available. However, when we arrived that was not the case. The room was dusty and slightly dirty and surfaces seemed to have not been wiped. The address shown on Expedia once we booked was not the same one at which the host told us to check in and we were not made aware of this change before arrival. The bathroom was clean but the shower was overhead and came down with too much pressure. It barely drained...

"Basic simple room in a new apparently purpose-built house about 10 minutes walk out of the old town. Don’t make the mistake we made - we thought we’d be doing hosts a favour by extending our stay directly through them only to discover that they charged us a higher nightly rate than Hotels.com. It’s strictly business here as not only did they argue with us about the rate, but they insisted on their price rather than graciously backing down and accepting the misunderstanding and benefits conferred...

"The property was fine to come and go and sleep. Owner was unable to meet me when I arrived despite me arriving within stated hours of availability, leading to some confusion about how to access the room. Not fun after 24 hours of travel. Main problem was that accommodation was booked for a work trip and the owner was unable to provide a receipt so that I could be reimbursed by my workplace. Owner said they’d provide a receipt and then ghosted after several requests. Not recommended for those...

"This is a large house in a secluded area, 8 minutes drive from the beach and 20 mins into Cagliari city. There is ample room inside, in the conservatory and around the pool for 10 people. "Stayed for a week at this property with our family. Wonderful place with a lot of greenery and a very well maintained pool. We also used the shuttle service to go to the nearby beach and it was great too. The furnishings in the room were up to date and the air conditioning worked very well. "We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and made good use of the many outside seating options. The neighbourhood is pleasant and quiet and there are many attractions within a 30 min drive and a range of food shops within a 10 mins drive. The local sandy beach is good but more like a 15 min walk than the 5 claimed. The property kitchen is looking a little tired and we couldn't find the advertised panoramic sea view! The addition of a very substantial cleaning and service fee (not shown on VRBO)...
