"You are literally at the ocean for this place! It was nice to fall asleep to the waves. Easy to find, and the owner met me there. Super helpful and friendly Fabio is! The room was very clean and comfortable. Quiet place. They have a family restaurant about 10 meters away which had amazing seafood! Would definitely come back here!"

"We received a warm welcome after a long drive to San Vito. I couldn’t speak any more highly of the staff, who were wonderful and always going that extra mile. Room was decent, and cleaned well every day with new towels. Wifi good. Breakfast was okay but all you really need is a cappuccino and a cornetto anyways. Roof terrance really great feature! Recommend :)"

The view form the property was incredible over the ocean and the house is located about a 5-10 min drive south of San Vito Lo Capo and it was very quiet and convenient. The house was great and provided everything we needed. The Check in/out process was super easy and the property manager Giovanni was very helpful and provide all the check in info before hand.
