The layout also perfectly suited for 2 families.
Ind: Kitchen fully furnished with large induction hob, oven and microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and various other equipment. Living room with Dutch, Spanish and foreign TV channels and Wifi throughout the house, cozy, beautiful and fully equipped with sliding doors with direct view of the beautiful pool. Separate laundry (washer / dryer) and drying room, large garage, game room with various games like hockey table, pool table, etc. There is also a TV for video, games and Spanish TV. Total 4 bedrooms of course also with new box springs, 2 bathrooms / toilet. 2 rooms with air conditioning. And all four rooms also with vin.
Nice pool, very large terrace with barbecue and sun beds. You will miss absolutely nothing. Villa Maravilla is located in the village Macanet de la Selva. The village is located very conveniently. From "Your house" You're very close to everything. So are the beaches and the airport / city of Girona within 15 to 20 minutes and the center of Barcelona within 45 minutes. It is wonderful if you have searched the crowds to come back very private home. Villa Maravilla is enjoying in optima forma.

Très agréable Séjour Fin Décembre
