"Great safe location and walking distance to night life. Super comfortable for 2 or 3 people. The only issue that I had was that none of the keys worked to open the gate so that I could park my rental car inside versus leaving it outside on the street and that there was absolutely no cold water. It was all hot and in Puerto Rico you cannot shower with hot water. You need cold water to cool you down. Aside from that everything was great. "

"Over all it was an ok stay for what it was . There was no hot water and when I tried to reach someone there was no answer . The sheets were a little dirty when we arrived . "The only Pro is a great location. Everything else is negative. The instructions were provided only at 10 a.m., when you should check in. I was already driving at that time without even knowing the exact address where I was going. Parking is on the street. "Only good thing about the place is the spot. Shower was flooded, so the first night after a long trip and a long day, nobody took a shower, imagine how uncomfortable was that. Place has dirt from ants nest. You can probably fit 9 people on a real bad layout. But the wil charge you for the “extra guest while it says from the beginning is for 9 people. Place is dark on the back ally, watch for the floor is unlevel because of a drain, i almost twist my ancle. Security boxes are not well mantain....
