"Property was nice and cottage was nice. The walkway from the cottage to the hot tub/dock could be improved as it was very rocky, sloped and not very wide due to weeds growing. Could have easily slipped and fell there. The dock was very nice although the ladder to get in/out of the water was unusable as 3 out of 4 bolts had rotted out of the wood. We had to get in and out of the water climbing on the rocks which were a bit slick so that wasn’t ideal. Overall the property was nice and the location...

"We were really happy with our 3 night stay - our kids shared the room with the bunk beds while the two adult couples split up the remaining two rooms. We spent most of our time out at the dock - swimming, fishing and kayaking. Only minor point for improvement is the need for a few more outdoor chairs but otherwise the property was fantastic. Fully stocked kitchen made the experience seamless. We'd definitely book again."

"We are so thankful for Alvaro who hosted our big family gathering. The cottage is so clean and nice, with very pretty views of the lake and colourful trees in the fall season. Property was well managed, and everyone had a great time. Definitely recommend staying here!! "

"Wonderful property! Secluded, but leisurely walk to town. Delightful area of the world!! Works great by boat to get to towns around the lake. Nice water toys provided. Our grandkids ranged from 6 to 18 and they all loved it. "

"It was paradise, couldnt of asked for a better spot. The cottage has everything you could possibly need. I think we used every accommodation it had to offer and it did not disapoint. Simon is a 10/10 host, it is obvious he takes very good care of his properties, he made sure we were good and left us to our selves. We hope to go north again next year and we will for sure be contacting Simon. PS the fishing was great!"

"This beautiful cottage is on a beautiful property with excellent privacy. It has all of the necessities and canoe,paddle board and kayak. It is a gem. The wraparound deck with the large hammock was a favourite of ours during our stay. The dock was reached with ease and was very large with lovely views of the lake. I experienced ease of communication with the rental process. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Paula"

"Loved this property! From the moment we walked in we were amazed by how spacious it was. There’s plenty of room for all of us to spend time together and have our own space. Gorgeous rooms and everything we needed was available. There are a lot of stairs so people with knee problems beware. Viktoriya was a great host and was quick to respond whenever we had questions. "

"The perfect place for spending NY or just a winter getaway. Very nice and clean resort with a relaxing sauna, steam sauna and outdoors hot tub. The suite had a fireplace right beside the snowy balcony which felt very cozy. The receptionist was very friendly. I would definitely come back."

"Beautiful cottage on a beautiful location. The boat house allowed us to remain shaded ( or out in the sun) so that we could watch our children enjoy the water trampoline, fish off of the dock, use the paddle board, canoe or kayaks. We had our own boat so added activities were water skiing and wake boarding. Never a dull moment! So many memories."
