As there are only 2 of us, so we took the front room with King size bed. We like firm mattress and we had excellent rest. "Loved we could go off grid so close to Christchurch. Well equipped little house - bit low on matches and cleaning cloths. Also pretty obvious that it needed a deep clean - I moved the bedside dresser to find a large collection of mouse poo - and then pretty much find that to be the case under all the furniture - it was even under the mattress. Cleaned up what we could before we left but it definitely took a shine off the weekend. I took photos"

"This tiny house was perfect for our short stay on a long trip from Nelson to MT Cook. The beach, just a short walk down the path, was incredible. The house had a comfortable bed and bathroom, and the sound of waves lulled us to sleep."
