This adorable former Victorian Fisherman's cottage is perfectly nestled in a peaceful hamlet with it's own private access to the lake & within easy walking distance from everything! In fact, You won't even need the Car !

Kick off your shoes, get nice & cosy as you are welcomed by the beautiful sounds of the Sea and your new best friends.. the Ducks quacking in the background.. You've arrived! and now its time to put the kettle on, put your feet up, completely relax and make yourself at home!

This adorable former Victorian Fisherman's cottage, full of character and charm can easily accommodate 1-4 persons
Wake up completely relaxed listening to the seagulls & lakeside ducks in the large Super comfy Victorian style "Sleep for days" bed. Bedroom 2 has a standard double bed located just off the cosy lounge on the ground floor, Ideal if you prefer no stairs

★ The pretty courtyard rear garden has its own private gated access to the lake and nature reserved behind, Where you can take a couple of chairs out and enjoy your first morning coffee watching the ducks on the lake!

We love dogs and your dog is welcome! In return please help keep the place clean (a vacuum and cleaning products are available)

The Cottage is a huge favourite with Pet Owners and there's a good reason why! - " I'm just going to take the dog for a walk" has a whole new meaning! At the rear, You have the lake path to walk around ( perfect for that early morning or evening stroll ) and at the front.. There's miles of beach promenade.. In fact you can walk to Sutton on Sea some three miles away! and of course you have the cottage courtyard garden which is fully enclosed with 2 gated access that will ensure even the most cheeky & daring of furry friends can't escape!

❤ Pet Owners responsibility
If they have been out for a walk, please ensure that they are clean, sand and mud free before entering the cottage! As a responsible pet owner, We do expect you to fully clean up after your dog both inside and out. You are responsible for your dog's safety and security.

With the beach being just across the road, Why not grab a blanket, a bottle of bubbly and cuddle up on the beach at night and do some "Out of this world" stargazing! Cuddling up close with your sweetheart as you relax back and gaze up at a star-studded night is a great way to spend a little time with your sweetie-pie wherever you are, but here on the beach where the skies are blissfully uninterrupted by the “light pollution” It does'nt get much more Romantic than that! Then return back from the fresh sea air to snuggle up to the log burner.. Does it get much better? I did say you've found a lil gem!

It's the perfect base for exploring, shopping, Cinema, Arcades, Miles of sandy Beach, Outdoor pool, Museums and being on the coast, it's ideal for families, walkers, trail runners, cyclists, bird watchers and nature lovers.

If you want a rest from driving, then park up the car - This little Gem is within easy flat walking distance to pretty much everything this traditional seaside town has to offer.

Mablethorpe & Sutton on sea are extremely popular with pet owners throughout the East midlands attracted by miles of sandy beaches, Dog friendly pubs and even a beach bar! Yes.. you read it right.. A beach bar for dogs! How cool is that and they even have Doggy treats such as Honey ice cream especially made for dogs, So with the vast beaches to explore and play on, the secure garden we have here at together with Doggy beach bars & dog friendly Cafe's & pubs.. It's more like your dog is taking YOU on holiday with them!

❤ Fancy a Winter shortbreak?
The Cottage is as popular in the winter as it is during the Summer.. and there's a few good reasons why.. It's the perfect place to enjoy a well earned get away from it all winter break and we offer Friday to Sunday 2 night weekend breaks OR Monday to Friday 4 night breaks, Or a 7 night stay, where you can enjoy exploring the region or a nice simple stroll along the beach with the fresh sea air and then snuggle up on our comfy sofas toasting your feet by the log burner before you tuck into some superb Fish & Chips!

The Cottage is also available for the Christmas and New year festive season where you and your family can enjoy a Christmas or see the new year in by the Seaside.

WALKING DIFFICULTIES?
I'm sorry to say that the cottage (being 200 years old) is not suitable for people with walking difficulties due to the steep Master bedroom steps, However, the downstairs bedroom located on the ground floor maybe suitable.. You know best and what you feel comfortable with.
