My host, Susan, was wonderful about getting back to me if I had any questions and actually lives on the property which made me feel very safe. There were some minor issues with faucet handle, heat maintaining a comfortable temp, the toilet flushed a bit slow and slightly backed up but we were only there for sleeping and getting ready to visit with family.
