"Overall I felt the unit could have been cleaner. Stand between beds had stuff on it. Please wipe down everything in the space. Floors...all corners and along the baseboard had dust and particles in and next to them. Mat inside door was very dirty. Clean is not too much to ask for no matter where you stay. "

"Nice, clean property. We had hoped to cook our meals there, but there was no oven. There were two stove top burners though. Excellent communication from property owners when we needed a couple things. Thank you."

"This was the perfect spot for a quick reunion for college roommates/friends. We even joked that it was a bit like a grown-up dorm room! This unit had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay. It was very clean and the location was quiet. We both said we would stay here again when back in Decorah!"

"Came into town to see family, and really wanted a place of peace for my husband and I to unwind at the end of long days of visiting. This place was absolutely perfect! Not only super clean, but had more than enough amenities to make it comfortable and cozy. Also, the blowdryer is aaaaahhhhhmazing. 10/10... perfect escape 😉"

"I was in town to do some work for a business in Preston. There are very few lodging options nearby, and I discovered Stone Mill. It is a small facility with limited staff, but they still made my very late check-in very easy. The staff was super friendly, and the room was simple by comfortable. I would definitely stay here again."

Simple clean and affordable.

"I was in town last minute. I normally don’t stay in places like the super 8. I was so pleasantly surprised by how wonderful it was. Everything was convenient, it was a cute room and so clean. The price was amazing. Would definitely recommend as a simple option if you’re in town."
