"Everyone was very friendly. We came early in the day, but the clerk let us check in anyway. Our luggage was lost by the airline, and the hotel staff helped us locate the delivery van and secured our bags until we returned to pick them up. Breakfast was good. The location is convenient to trains, buses, and downtown. "

"This spa hotel is absolutely magnificent, starting with its location featuring natural views, beautiful landscapes, and herb gardens. The tasteful interior design, blending rustic and modern/classic elements, creates a wonderful ambiance. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the entire place is spotless. The hotel's restaurant offers an enormous variety of dishes in a welcoming buffet style. This was our second stay, and it has become our top choice for a vacation spot in Israel. The only disappointment was the limited TV entertainment options, which included only basic channels and no VOD."

The proximity to the water made the location simply amazing. I stayed in a studio room, which was perfect in every way—clean and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was great, though not expansive, making it a perfect start to my day. The staff at Domus Hotel are super friendly and truly go out of their way to make your stay perfect. The surrounding neighborhood is super walkable with many great coffee shops, restaurants, and a nearby supermarket. Being part of Haifa, the hotel is close to everything, including the Haifa German Colony area and downtown Haifa, which have fantastic restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops.
