"The room air conditioner was horrible. The bedroom was so hot, but overall we like to stay in the condos. They keep renewing the building. We had a scare last night when they kept knocking on the door for room service. We didn't open the door because it was late. Good food downstairs and mud spa it was great! "

"The water falls are amazing it’s a relief for your body and the hotel amenities and water fall close at 10 but the main public one the natural it no longer stays avaible for public so it becomes private for the hotel guests so that’s a very good perk imagine staying under the water fall at night alone it’s a really good perk. Room service is also amazing and the buffet for lunch and breakfast is super. There’s also a super market outside in the public u can get small chips, nuts and fruits not alot security at hotel won’t let u because it’s their policy but they are so nice. Very special thanks for the spa, and the reception team especially mr Majed. "

"Very close to the Airport for those late night arrivals.. Good food next door.. Friendly staff.. Easy parking.. Right by the freeway for a quick trip to Petra (ok it's 3 hours away but worth it) "

"The staff were welcoming and helpful.. pools were clean and easy to access. Overall atmosphere was pleasant. However, the drinks weren’t as expected at the pool bar and the parking was almost full due to people not sticking to their parking spaces."
