In the wine village of Nueil sur Layon, this single-storey cottage for 4 people is located near all the tourist sites of Doué-la-Fontaine and Saumurois: Bioparc and Roseraie de Doué, Cadre Noir de Saumur, Château de Montreuil-Bellay, ... Discover the Layon valley, its expanses of vineyards but also the small villages on the banks of the Loire, the castles, churches and abbeys, without forgetting the troglodytes.

This vacation rental in Maine-et-Loire has two spacious and bright bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm double bed and a television. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the terrace. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a vanity unit and a towel dryer.

The 19m² living room has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), a sofa bed, a television and a dining table for your indoor meals. For friendly evenings, several appliances are also at your disposal: plancha, raclette, crepe party, etc.
