"House was cute reminded me of my grandmother's house. it was very cute and homey. I love the layout, the backyard was huge."

Outside area was exceptional. They provided a nice little seating area with a firepit and a grill. You can take a nice walk around the property and even see the longhorns. "This was a great stay! Very convenient to Round Top and other sites in the area but in a remote and charming farmland setting. Our hosts were extremely accommodating. One of us left a cell phone on the property that was discovered after we had checked out, and they drove 15-20 miles to bring it to us. Just wonderful."

"We were going fishing in lake Somerville for the weekend and this cabin fit our needs so I booked it. Boy let me tell you it far exceeded our expectations. The cabin was very clean and well kept. Location was perfect. The neighborhood boat ramp was closed but the state park was literally across the street so we launched from there. Had a great weekend. I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking to stay close to the lake."
