This modern and bright studio, with a mini-loft spirit, is located on the 2nd floor with elevator, consists of a living space of 36 sq. m and includes :
- a living room with comfortable sofa-bed,
- a night corner with double-bed,
- a sunny balcony with furniture,
- a bathroom with shower,
- an open well-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge, dish-washer),

At the heart of the Lyon metropolis, this flat benefits from a central location to access to many centers of interest : the Parc de la Tête d’Or (the largest urban park in Europe), Doua university city (CNRS, research labs), the Cité Internationale (Palais des Congrès, auditorium, contemporary art museum, casino, cinema…), the Transbordeur (concert hall)… With the tramway, it will be easy to join Lyon’s city center : it will thus just take you 10 min to reach Part-Dieu station and district, and 15 min to reach the hyper center. At last, numerous shops and restaurants will be around the flat, including Place Wilson with its large market 3 times a week.
