This spacious loft, recently renovated, offers two bedrooms and is located on the ground floor of a small building in the lively Guillotière district. You’ll be close to local shops, Place Bellecour, the Rhône riverbanks, the Tony Bertrand Nautical Center, and the Museum of the History of Resistance and Deportation.

Important: For same-day bookings, arrivals are only possible from 6 PM. The keys can be collected from a shop located a 17-minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment includes the following amenities:

A large living area with a 3-seater sofa, coffee table, dining table with chairs, and ample natural light from windows fitted with electric blinds.

Note: The apartment is on the ground floor of a small street with local businesses.
An open-plan kitchen with:

Microwave, refrigerator, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, 2-burner stove, and kitchen utensils (cutlery is in the drawer with the plates).
Two mezzanine bedrooms accessible by stairs, each with a convertible double sofa bed, nightstand, and desk with a chair.

One bedroom has a window with electric blinds; the other is windowless. Each room has a separate entrance.
A large shower room on the ground floor with an Italian-style shower, wash basin, storage, hairdryer, towel dryer, and WC.

Sale, hôte très désagréable
Après des heures à essayer de récupérer les clés, le code n'ayant pas été transmis par l'hôte, nous sommes tombés sur un appartement sale et infesté de cafards. Ayant deux enfants en bas âges, nous avons préféré repartir chez nous ! L'appartement est inutilisable, les fenêtres ne pouvant être ouvertes car donnant sur un bar sauvage. Le logement pue le tabac, est très bruyant, est extrêmement sale. Nous avons préféré partir que de vérifier si il y avait des puces de lit. Notre hôte, contacté, nous a dit que les cafards n'étaient que des 'petites bêtes" ! Pas de solution de relogement. A ce jour, Abritel comme notre hôte se renvoient la balle, nous ne sommes toujours pas remboursés, l'hôte ne répondant même plus à mes messages. Des vacances gâchées jusqu'au bout...

Une demi heure pour aller chercher les clefs qui se trouvaient dans une épicerie situé à 1 km du « « logement » » qui nous demandé un code que nous avions pas reçu. Arrivé (enfin) à l’appartement, l’horreur commence des vingtaines de cafards dans l’espace cuisine et salle de bain, qui sortaient de partout. Bien entendu le ménage n’avait pas été fait non plus avec des déchets, des ongles, des mégots et mouchoirs qui jonchaient le sol. Résultat nous sommes parti au bout de 20 minutes, par peur de tomber malade. Nous pensions que Expedia aller nous aider à trouver une solution mais non, nous avons du dormir dans la voiture!!! En effet cette annonce appartient soit disant à Abritel, mais finalement à une conciergerie de Lyon mais c’est au propriétaire de rendre des comptes. Donc les 4 se rejettent la balle sans que rien n’avance. Je n’ai toujours pas été remboursé…

Une honte
Au delà des 2h qu’il nous a fallu pour récupérer les clés du logement, l’appartement et l’immeuble sont insalubres. Cafards qui grouillent sur le plan de travail de la cuisine et dans la salle de bain. Nous n’avons même pas pris le temps d’aller voir la mezzanine et sommes partis rapidement de l’appartement. L’appartement est central mais le quartier est à éviter. Les gens traînent et sont assis devant la fenêtre qui est au rdc donc impossible d’ouvrir les volets ou la fenêtre… Bref, nous avons demandé un remboursement et attendons toujours. Passez votre chemin.
