Le Matisse - cosy studio with terrace and parking

Located in the exciting district of Vieux Lyon, this very pleasant studio apartment is within easy reach of Lyon's main attractions: a 10-minute walk from Perrache station and a 20-minute metro ride from Part-Dieu station.

The apartment is on the 1st floor (no elevator) and overlooks the building's inner courtyard, so it's very quiet. It features a comfortable queen-size bed with HD TV, a small sitting area with 2 chairs, and a well-equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area opens onto a bathroom with a bathtub, a washbasin and separate WC, thanks to a glass roof that provides plenty of natural light.

A private terrace in front of the apartment entrance and a private, secure parking space in the building's basement complete the package.

Fiber WIFI available, sheets and towels are included.

You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...).

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to a safe keybox. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.
