The hotel is in an interesting location, seemingly uninviting at first, but after a day or two, once you become familiar with it and its surroundings, it proves to be an excellent choice for anyone attending a conference at the nearby Lyon Convention Center. The staff are kind, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained.

Quite noisy due to the proximity of the railway tracks, cleanliness is questionable, and breakfast are really basics. Prices were relatively high for what it is.

For money paid it was ok. Of course the room and especially the bathroom are small, but it's a 3 star hotel, it was expected. The staff was very nice and helpful, for this I give 5 stars.

Quelle déception ! La bonne volonté du personnel semble être le seul atout de l'établissement. Les chambres sont petites, mal conçues, une température glaciale, le "chauffage" par ventilation bruyant. La salle d'eau est une simple cabine en plastique, digne des hôtels économiques mais certainement pas de cette gamme d'établissement. Les espaces collectifs (moquettes) sont tachés. Un rapport qualité/prix exécrable. Cet établissement confirme les derniers séjours dans cette chaîne : une très forte dégradation générale, mais des prix toujours plus élevés.

Fuyez petit déjeuner et vérifiez vos paiements CB
Chambre propre et confortable Chasse d’eau qui coule sans cesse mais surtout plus rien a manger au petit déjeuner : ni viennoiseries, ni œufs broyés, ni fromage, etc. Plus de couverts, de verres d’assiettes propres non plus. On est arrivé a 9h50 le dimanche matin (l’employé de l’accueil nous avait que le dimanche ils servaient jusqu’à 10h30), l’information ne passe pas bien au sein des employés car la perso chargée des petits déjeuner nous a dit qu’elle fermait à 10h même le dimanche. Elle s’est débrouillée pour nous servir un pru mais tout était préparé à l’arrache et réchauffé minute donc archi sec (viennoiseries, pain etc) et sans goût (œufs brouillés). Pour 15 euros ce qu’on a eu n’est tout simplement pas acceptable. Un petit déjeuner m’a été compté en trop. Pas moyen de me faire rembourser le we car il faut attendre le patron le lundi. J’ai dû rappeler car bien entendu le remboursement promis qui aurait dû être fait dès lundi n’avait pas été fait 1 semaine après. La personne qui a accueilli ma demande était très sympathique en revanche, contrairement à celle qui a sour disant enregistré mon annulation le dimanche matin à l’accueil.

Chambre propre mais donnant sur la voie ferrée, avec le bruit des trains de marchandise toute la nuit. Les chambres donnant de ce côté devraient avoir une isolation phonique supplémentaire. Pomme de douche qui ne tient pas dans son support. Petit-déjeuner décevant, quelques bons produits (notamment le gâteau à la praline) mais mauvaise grstion de l’affluence, il manquait de tout que ce soir les plateaux, les tasses/bols/assiettes/couverts/serviettes, les jus de fruits vides, et le reste pas vraiment mieux... J’ai connu des petits déjeuners dans des Ibis largement mieux que celui-ci.

hormis un lit cassé, l'hôtel est d'une très ancienne mouture : il y avait longtemps que je n'avais pas vu une salle de bain tout plastique dans un hôtel 3 étoiles à ce prix là !! La propreté laissait également vraiment à désirer => vétuste + pas totalement propre, cela ne nous a pas laissé une bonne impression
