DIFY Luxury - Place Bellecour

This modern apartment is ideally located in the heart of the peninsula, just a few steps from the Lyon-Perrache train station and the Bellecour square. Recently renovated, it is very well equipped and ideal for a family or for a business trip. You will find in the apartment everything you need for your stay.
This 50 m² apartment is located in an old building. Fully renovated and bright, it consists of:
- A large living room with a sofa, a flat-screen TV with international channels, as well as a dining table for 4/6 people.
- An open and refined kitchen, equipped with a combined microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso machine.
- A bathroom equipped with an Italian shower, a sink, a towel dryer and a hair dryer. The toilet is separate.
- Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with a very comfortable double bed that can accommodate two people each. You can also leave your suitcases there.
You will also find an iron and storage spaces!
We provide sheets and towels as well as coffee capsules.
Of course, the apartment has high-speed WiFi.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. A single set of keys will be entrusted to you during your stay. The cleaning fees include cleaning on your arrival and after your departure, as well as the household linen and towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.

Check-in at the apartment is autonomous from 5pm. An early check-in option at 2pm is possible for an additional fee of +€20.

On your departure, please leave the accommodation as you found it on your arrival.
The cleaning fees will be charged a second time in case of non-compliance with the departure time limit.

Property images have been taken with a wide camera lens. The apartment is a lot smaller than perceived in the properties images. Check in was a bit over complicated. It would have been great to have received the check in instructions in advance before arriving at the property and then having to walk to another location with all your luggage to collect your keys. Overall a pleasant stay however

Beautiful and Funky Space, but possible cut corners
Very cool loft - style apartment in an authentic Lyonnais apartment building. You will live like a local here in the best way and the bathroom, couches and beds are all super comfortable. Left 4 stars instead of 5 because there seemed to be some cut corners. For examples the stair railing was installed in drywall and came off the wall when I held on to it. I fell down the stairs as a result, but I was okay, and the landlord did not charge me for the damage, which is appreciated. Also, since this property is managed by a realtor with offices around the corner from this apartment, you can walk to their offices and speak directly to the property manager if there are any issues which is great.

appartement agréable malgré l'absence de fenêtre dans les chambres et la vue sur un mur très proche depuis la pièce à vivre. dommage, récupération des clés compliquée, personne n'a répondu au téléphone... bon emplacement pour visiter la ville
