Needs a refresh. Property Manager Portal is a Pain.
This property is not handled by an owner. This property is handled by DIFY IMMOBILIER. The entire process was difficult. From my payment on VRBO to them to a ridiculous process of picking up keys in a corner store a half mile away to not getting early acccess that we paid for to the hallway which clearly has had waterdamange and the hall way is uneven . This was NOT the VRBO we had hoped for . All the communication was done via their portal. I'm not sure there is actually anyone in Lyon at all that could help us. We asked several times for someone to call us -- to no avail. The property itself is "okay" in a good neighborhood of Lyon but there were no instructions in the apartment - not even a bottle of water let alone a welcome note. The furniture was IKEA at best. This apartment is on the 1st floor and there were screaming children on the second floor for a little while. There is a tiny balcony -- you can barely fit one person on it. They had a dishwasher but no dishwasher tablets (not even one?). Towels were old and tired. I rarely "dis" a fellow host on their public reviews but this DIFY group needs to get their act together. I would avoid DIFY listed propeties going forth.
