Housing
This 20m2 apartment, completely renovated and equipped, can accommodate 2 people with its double bed. You will benefit from the entire apartment and will be free to use all the facilities. Sheets and towels are fully provided. Unlimited internet, TV, fitted kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine, microwave, fan. The apartment is located on the ground floor overlooking the courtyard.

Other remarks
The cleaning costs include cleaning on your arrival and after your departure but also the household linen as well as towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.
You will only be given one set of keys for your stay.
You will be asked to show an original version of your ID in person upon arrival when you collect the keys.
I will welcome you at the apartment the day of your arrival. Don't hesitate to tell me more about your arrival time.
Arrival times are between 2 pm and 8 pm. Outside these hours and subject to availability, an extra charge will be required:
- 2 pm to 5 pm: 20€
- 8 pm to 11 pm: 20 €
No check in after 11 pm will be done.
When you leave, please return the accommodation as you found it upon arrival.
Cleaning fees will be billed to you a second time if you do not respect the departure deadline.

Located in the heart of Lyon (7th arrondissement), you will find all the most attractive attractions offered by our City of Lights, close to the apartment. You will find something for everyone, restaurants, bars, markets on the Quais du Rhône ...
By staying here, you will be able to travel almost exclusively on foot and have access to the peninsula in less than 15 minutes and discover everything that is happening there with the Old Town, the Basilica of Fourvière, St Jean and its St Paul and St Georges cathedrals, traboules and its famous Lyonnais traffic jams.
transport network
5 minutes walk from Lyon-Jean-Macé metro station (line B) direct from Part-Dieu in 8 minutes. You will also be a 15-minute walk from Perrache train station.
Airport: 1/2 hour by taxi and 1 hour by shuttle (from Gare de Lyon Part-Dieu).
If you arrive by car, you can park at the foot of the building. I never had a problem with parking.
