Spacious apartment, with lots of character and ideally located in the heart of Lyon. The apartment is on the fifth floor of a beautiful building in the Ainay district and just a stone\'s throw from the Saône quays, ideal for discovering the City of Light.

This fully equipped apartment can accommodate up to 2 people (a living room with a double bed).
You will have exclusive use of the entire apartment and will be free to use all the facilities. Unlimited internet, TV, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine and fan.

The cleaning fees include cleaning on arrival and after departure, as well as bedding, towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.
A single set of keys will be provided for your stay.

Check-in to the apartment is self-service through a key box from 5pm. An early check-in option at 2pm is possible for an additional fee of +€20.

Fine - but has some issues.
This apartment is located in a good area that is easy to navigate to other parts of the city. The view from the window is pretty and Café Comptoir Abel (very good) is nearby. The common areas tend to be quite dark and the lights do not always work so you will find yourself in pitch dark. I would recommend the property manager be more available for questions and clarify the instructions for access to the apartment. The apartment could use a thorough cleaning, especially the shower, which had a lot of mold growing in the grout. Also providing a starter packet of laundry cleaner, dish soap, etc would be a nice touch. The carpet and chair in the living room is quite soiled and needs cleaning or replacement. These are very easy fixes, and do not cost a lot of money and would greatly enhance the stay for a visitor. Otherwise the apartment satisfied my requirements at the time.
