The restaurant on site Les téléphones was gorgeous regarding the service by Lisa and Thibault and the food too. We enjoyed our stay with all of you. "The only thing I would suggest is that they check their a/c, they worked but they were turned up during the day and when we returned we had to lower the temperature down and it took time to cool down. Otherwise really enjoyed our stay at the Mercure."

"This property was unacceptable. I have been waiting since Monday for a response regarding this dirty, dark, problematic property. The staff told us 1/2 out of air-conditioning systems worked in our 2-bedroom apartment, when in reality, the A/C didn't work in the entire building. Then, another employee said, actually no A/C at all. Ceiling tiles falling out, non-functioning shower fixture. I will never use Expediat again until this situation is rectified and I am refunded for both rooms."

"On the whole it was a lovely hotel, my only real complaint was lack of fresh air. The wind was a tilt and turn window and had a note saying there was a opening limit as is common in all multi story hotels. However our window catch was broken so they had screwed the window shut. It meant the room was very stuffy. It would cost about £10 for a new window catch and takes about 10 minutes to change. Screwing the window shut is not the right thing to do.
