River Lodge - Two Bedroom House, Sleeps 4

Directly overlooking the West Lyn River in a beautiful wooded valley. This privately owned lodge is on a small site of other similar lodges. Within the Exmoor National Park, close to local Inn and just a short walk to all the amenities of Lynton. This delightful lodge has wonderful river views from the decked verandas and offers Trout directly from the property(annual rod license only required). The two compact bedrooms and an open plan living area provide a cosy and comfortable retreat for walkers and those wishing to enjoy the splendour of Exmoor.

Tired property
Although all the kitchen area wa fine the furiture especialy the sofa are worm or tired looking sofa in ad ert picture shows fake leather complete but now its worn through in places and has a throw covering the seat. In the bathroom screws that hold the radiator in the adjoining room have come through the wall.Alot of the curtains look old,one light in the bedroom did not work.We feel that a lot of work and some furniture and curtaining needs to be replaced.we would not recommend this property to anybody!!
