Lynton town centre is within a picturesque 10 minute walk of the Park so this property is an ideal choice to explore both Lynton & Lynmouth.
The Cottage Inn adjoins the Park, which is home to the Fat Belly Ales & also Nartnarpa Thai restaurant
This one bedroom static caravan sleeps 2 people and comprises of a double bedroom, a shower room and fully equipped kitchen with oven, grill & fridge. Whilst the unit is a few years old, it is kept immaculately clean & it is competitively priced making it an affordable budget holiday. The photo's are an excellent representation of the quality of the caravan. This unit accepts well behaved dogs (max 2 dogs). We have other units at Sunny Lyn if you require a pet free caravan.
Sunny Lyn Holiday Park is beautifully situation next to the West Lyn River and guests will have fishing right and during peak season, there is a cafe onsite serving breakfasts.
Sunny Lyn is situated within Exmoor National Park and only a 10 minute picturesque walk to Lynton town centre. From here, you can either walk or use the famous Victorian Cliff Railway down to Lynmouth Harbour, beach and town.
There are numerous walks starting from the Park, including the Valley of the Rock and Watersmeet walk. Julia Bradbury included the Watersmeet walk in her ITV programme 'Britains Best Walks'. There are also various coves to enjoy which are within a few minutes drive.
At an additional charge, guests will be able to use the laundry room on-site including washing machines, spin dryer, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. There is also WiFi available at a daily or weekly charge.

If you are bringing your own linen you will require a double duvet cover, pillowcases, double fitted sheet and towels.
