"Lovely place with kind helpful staff who looked out for our family. Breakfast wasn't available, but the manager gave us some good tips, and there's plenty of great food options throughout the city. My stepson loved it, especially the big bathroom linked to the family room we used. And our dog felt at home, so was very relaxed. Its a perfect location for access to the centre, but keep in mind if you're a light-sleeper during a weekend as it can get noisy outside late at night."

"I paid in 2 days advance, but i didn't received door keys/ numbers even after when i reached. I have to wait outside then i called the call center and arranged the keys. Chat was not replied back. Also tea and milk sachets were replaced only once, although my stay was for 3 nights "
