The Space:
Your whole group is going to want to jump right into the clear and refreshing saltwater pool! It has a splash pad at one end to lay out in the sun, cool off on a hot day, or for the kiddos to splash around. Feel free to hang out and float on the floaties and soak it all up! The privacy fence ensures your relaxation stays private from the outside.
This listing consists of a 3/2 1600 sqft main house with a 2-car garage and a 500 sqft detached casita pool house for extra living space. All that room for activities!
Two living rooms, two covered outdoor patios, two kitchens - two spaces for one! And with a beautiful pool in between. Does it get any better?
One outdoor area has a new outdoor lounge couch and propane fire pit that can be closed off to be a table and a ceiling fan to stay cool. You can lounge there while you cook up dinner on the propane grill that sits under the patio as well. The casita also has its own covered patio, patio dining set, and grill as well.
The insides of the two are spacious with open living layouts and comfy furniture with thoughtful touches of décor that sets the vibe for the perfect Florida getaway.
The spacious three-bedroom, two-bath main house sleeps eight people comfortably in beds, one being a rollaway bed in the master bedroom closet. Another guest can fit on the couch if needed for a total of nine. The detached casita in the back has a queen bed and a queen pull-out sleeper sofa to accommodate a group of up to 13 which makes this house perfect for family trips or group getaways.
The main house has a sizeable master bedroom with a king bed, its own SmartTV, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite master bathroom. There is another bedroom with a queen bed, and a bedroom with a twin bed AND twin over twin bunk bed for the kids, along with kids games and toys. We also provide a high chair and pack-and-play crib to make the place extra family-friendly.
The casita features a queen-size bed, a desk, a couch that folds out to a queen sleeper sofa, a kitchenette, and a full bathroom. It also has a flat-screen SmartTV for Netflix and chill time with family and friends.
Inside the kitchens, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans, and plates you need to cook dinner for your whole group from scratch!
The living rooms are furnished with large flat-screen SmartTVs where you'll be able to pull up all of your favorite streaming apps like Netflix, Disney+, and HBO.
We've got you covered with all the needed amenities, including an iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
Looking to work from home? The house's internet is faster than a Florida sunburn! And there is a desk and workspace in the casita.
There is also a 2-car garage and a large driveway if you are bringing a boat, trailer, or any other toys.
The house is honestly perfect if you are traveling with a large group and want a great vacation with all the amenities but avoid the high-traffic areas of PCB. The neighborhood is a nice residential neighborhood close to shopping and dining so everything you need is nearby.
We're also close to NSA Panama City Navy Base and Tyndall Air Force Base, and perfectly set up for long-term stays or TDY trips.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire home. This will include the garage, pool, back patio, main house, and casita The driveway fits 4+ cars, and you also have the garage for extra room! And there is a smart lock on both doors for convenient access whenever you arrive.
The Neighborhood:
Situated in a beautiful residential neighborhood with easy and quick access to shops, restaurants, attractions and everything else you may need for the perfect beach vacation.
We encourage all our guest to explore all the beautiful places and attractions that are near the property. The great thing about this. Is that they are one quick internet search away.

Other Things to Note:
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out are subject to the demand of our cleaning schedule. Feel free to request and we will do everything we can!
This is in a nice and quiet residential neighborhood so please be respectful of the neighbors. This is not the house or neighborhood for parties.
PETS:
1. At the time of booking, you must make us aware of any pet(s) that will be staying in the unit. Failure to disclose the presence of pets will result in a fine.
2. Non-dangerous/non-aggressive pets are welcome to join you for your stay.
3. We have a maximum of two pets per unit.
4. All pets must be kept on a leash at all times on the property until inside the unit with you.
5. You must clean up and dispose of your pet's waste. Pets can relieve themselves in the strip of grass behind the lodge (the side opposite the entryway doors). Waste must then be disposed of in the dumpster by the storage shed (east side of the property).
6. Pets can be left unattended in the unit, as long as they are inside a kennel and will not cause excessive noise or bark loudly that could disturb other guests.
7. An extra $50 + taxes will be applied towards the cleaning fee for your stay and be requested through the app.
For your safety and security, guest screening by a third party is a mandatory requirement for all reservations. Guests are also required to sign a rental agreement to make sure that house policies are being observed. Please reach out to us if you need to view the agreement before booking.
GENERAL:
Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM. Excessive noise that disturbs others' stay may be grounds to terminate the booking.
SMOKING:
Smoking in the unit will result in a $250 fine and a cancellation of your stay, without refund, for causing smoke damage and a smell that is extremely hard and costly to remove.
NOTE:
Breaking any of these rules can result in a cancellation of your booking and is at the discretion of the Host.
Failure to comply with one or more of our policies may result to extra charges or eviction.
We feel transparency is super important and want you to be aware of the space before arriving.
