Beautiful rural location
Myself, my partner and my daughter have had the most wonderful week staying at this property. We couldn't recommend it more to anybody who would like to enjoy farmyard scenery. Our daughter has thoroughly enjoyed spending time with all of the animals onsite and Andrea is extremely welcoming. It has been a truly wonderful week and we cannot wait to do it all again next year during summer time. 5 stars all round! Thank you for such a wonderful week

Lovely weekend break :)
Stayed for 3 nights just for a short break in feb, sadly it happened to be the weekend storm Dennis hit so couldn't do the walkin we would have liked to. Very lovely cosy little cottage very clean and looked recently done up. Was lovely to close the curtains and forget about the weather outside :) had a lovely dinner on valentines day in the green dragon pub just down the road. It was lovely waking up to the sound of the cockeral crowing and donkeys shouting for there breakfast. Looking out ova the fields and seeing the emus right by the window was lovely. Would definitely come back again 👍🏻

Need to make changes
Need to update things. Cooker needs to be changed, pretty old and unclean. Microwave glass plate does not fit, so does not rotate, also was not clean inside. Mugs were dirty and needed washing. Glasses were not clean. My husband dropped his watch under the bed! Don’t think under the bed had been cleaned in years!! Lots of debris!! No mirror apart from in the bathroom. The owner had about five dogs, so this meant lots of dog muck on driveway! So overall, would not rent again.

Tranquil
We very much enjoyed our long weekend at The Old Dairy. Being able to watch donkies, emus, sheep, ducks, a pony, horses and cats from the comfort of the kitchen and living area was a real treat. The weather was dreadful (late November) but the property was cosy and well located for getting to NT properties and the odd short walk before the rain set in again. It was lovely briefly meeting Andrea and Ian - many thanks for a memorable stay.

Wonderful!
We had a wonderful time at the Dairy Barn. Andrea and her husband were wonderful hosts and the accomodation suited us perfectly. The animals are an excellent bonus - especially the dogs (who are very much missed by our two boys) The location is brilliant for exploring the New Forest. Bramshaw has a friendly little village store, which is in walking distance and stocks all the essentials. We also tried out both the local pubs which are just a little walk further on - both lovely! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Delights of the Dairy!
My friend and I had a delightful 4 day stay in a cottage, (once a dairy) separate from the main house. It had 2 large beds (one sofa bed) and a small well equipped kitchen and roomy shower. Outside were an array of animals: dogs, donkeys, emus, sheep (including 3 black ones!) and chickens. They all provided great entertainment! Andrea was a charming hostess, happy to talk and very communicative, without being overpowering. We came and went as we pleased and I would definitely stay there again. Thoroughly recommended!

Absolutely fabulous
Andrea and her husband Ian were fantastic hosts welcoming and very friendly. The accommodation is great with views over the fields and the addition of the emus, donkeys, horses sheep and chickens and a very friendly host of dogs including Florence the puppy just made our stay there fantastic. Absolutely somewhere you would go back to again. We’d love to return and would have no reservation about recommending this to family and friends. Thank you Andrea for a fabulous stay

Wonderful break, beautiful surroundings
If you love animals and enjoy peace and quiet this is perfect for you...my daughters and I had a lovely relaxing break at the dairy, which was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Andrea couldn’t do any more to help us and was there for anything we needed. My daughters loved all the animals and it was a real pleasure watching it all from our own private space. There is a lovely pub not far from the farm and plenty of lovely walks to choose from, we had a fantastic time and will be back soon! Lucy, Girls and Tilly ;-)

Lovely New Forest Experience
It’s the second time that I’ve stayed at Andrea’s quaint little “dairy” and what a wonderful experience it is. From the moment you drive into the yard you are greeted by a menagerie of animals including two very friendly donkeys and even a couple of emus. This time I brought my daughter and five year old granddaughter who just loved it, especially playing with the friendly dogs. Andrea and Ian were very welcoming and let us wander around the property and my granddaughter was able to collect the eggs which she was very excited about. We all had a wonderful stay. It might not be five star luxury but you will get a five star experience. We loved it and I will definitely be back.
