"Hotel was nice. Only downside is no high end free coffee-for this price…: also no gym but they do provide passes to local Y. They also have bikes outside to use. We are at Shoemakers and it was pretty good but not outstanding. Size of room was huge and staff was super friendly and helpful. Super walkable to local restaurants etc… overall a bit pricey for amenities available."

"The hotel was nice. Check in was easy. They charge $10 for parking, but they do not tell you that. They ask for a credit card for "incidentals", then charge you $10 for parking. The fan in the bathroom is not optional if you want light in there. It is so loud i was concerned it would wake the people two rooms down. I spoke to the lady at the front desk; she said several of them are like that. The bed is great for sleeping. "

"There was a person working at the front desk who had short, curly hair, and they did an incredible job helping us get settled in with everything we need. I can’t say enough good things about their service. Dealing with an unexpected influx of folks due to power outages and still giving each person individual care and attention is above and beyond. Give this person a raise! :)"

"Had to do a quick one night stop due to my Commercial Truck breakdown. Breakfast was hot and fresh, front desk was very accommodating. Buildings and rooms were clean and well lit and very safe. "

"We previously stayed at the LaQuinta Inn nearby over Thanksgiving, but were extremely disappointed with our stay, so decided to give Microtel a try at Christmas. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and new the property is compared to LaQuinta. All of the front desk people were friendly and professional including night clerk Sean. We will be staying here on all future visits."
