Freshly renovated basement suite is in a great area with easy access to Lynchburg General Hospital (1 minute), Liberty University (13 minutes), Lynchburg College (12 minutes) , downtown lynchburg (11 minutes), and Blackwater Creek trail . The house is located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood that is a short 7 minute drive from local grocery stores and restaurants. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the cozy sun room as you get ready to enjoy all that Lynchburg has to offer!
