Early check-in or late check-out requests are charged at £15 per hour from the standard check in / check out times, and are subject to availability. These requests must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance to allow for changes to housekeeping rotas.
We require all guests to complete a Guest Info form (to agree to our T&Cs and House Rules) and submit a copy of a valid ID (driving license or passport) prior to the release of check-in details. We assure you that all submissions are encrypted and are treated according to GDPR rules.
HOUSE RULES -
We’re thrilled you’ve chosen our space for your getaway. We want you to have an amazing stay with us, and we’ve tried to think of the finer details to help you do just that. In return we ask you to please abide by the following rules.
We want you to enjoy your stay, but we also ask that you have consideration for our neighbours later in the evening.
1. If we suspect any prohibited substances or drugs are being used, you will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded.
2. Not to use the property for parties, hen/stag parties. If, on arrival, it is felt the guests are intending to use the property for such an event, you will be refused entrance. If we believe a party is underway, you will be charged £2,000.
3. Please keep music to a reasonable level outside the property. The garden outside lights automatically turn off at 11PM.
4. Not to be the cause of any significant noise between 10PM and 9AM. If noise is deemed to be excessive, we reserve the right to ask you to leave and you will not be refunded.
5. Not to cause an annoyance or become a nuisance to occupants of adjoining premises.
6. Not to smoke in the property. Smoking is allowed outside the property, provided all doors and windows are closed. Please empty ashtrays into the outside bins using a bin liner before you leave. Please do not throw cigarette ends onto the floor. If we suspect you have been smoking in the property, you will be charged £200.
7. Read any safety notices and advice upon arrival at the property, in particular, parking information and fire safety details.
8. Not to re-let or sublet the property to any other group / party.
9. Only use the property strictly for residential purposes.
10. Not to make use of the phone or fax line connected to the property.
11. Not to light any fires or candles in the property.
12. Not to permit any visitors to enter the property, where authorisation has not been requested in advance.
13. Please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition, including putting rubbish in outside bins and tidying away anything you have used.
We promise not to be the fun police, and we fully respect your space and time in our properties. Please do enjoy your time with us. We hope you leave relaxed and well rested.
