It was a lovely looking room, although the blind was broken. The staff were very friendly however I was not given the code to leave via the gate outside of opening hours (it was not on the key ring as it apparently should have been) and spent the morning stuck and unable to leave. Then breakfast (which was supposed to run from 9 until 11) was not available because the staff were locked outside and no-one had turned up with a key. I had to give up and go elsewhere for breakfast, at my expense. When I emailed to complain and ask for a refund for the breakfast, I was ignored. Lyme Regis is lovely, the pub looks lovely and the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful but the management was underwhelming and I'm very disappointed.
