AMAZING SEA VIEWS

Superbly presented to a very high standard, Largigi apartment 1 is a spacious one bedroom first floor apartment enjoying some wonderful sea views from the living and dining area. The open plan lounge is flooded with light from the full height doors which open onto the covered balcony which provides an exceptional outside space to relax and enjoy the sea views. The well equipped kitchen and spacious family shower room are also finished to the same high standard, with underfloor heating throughout the apartment.

Like the living areas, the bedroom enjoys the same great views with doors allowing you to step out onto the balcony. For those with children, the lounge has a day bed with optional pull out truckle bed allowing families to enjoy a traditional seaside holiday with the beaches just a stone’s throw away.

Lyme Regis boasts an excellent selection of restaurants, cafes and pubs all within walking distance of the property. A welcome drink awaits you in the cafe below the apartments.

Great spot for views swimming and people watching

Great stay in this lovely apartment. With beautiful views over the beach and coastline from both balconies! Just ideal for access to everything. Easy to pop in for a swim. Go for a wander. Pick up an ice cream. Great facilities. No parking but that is the same with most properties we looked at. We were easily able to unload and load our luggage and park in Holmesbush multi stay car park. The walk to which afforded amazing views! Breakfast on the balcony whilst people watching was brilliant! Loved our stay here.

Amazing location!

The overall experience was very good and delivered as promised. The only thing missing was a book of procedures from the property owner which would have been helpful to make sure we were doing the right things. Laurence was very quick to send help when we needed it. AnreLly wonderful experience. Thank you!

Great property, small niggles

This is a great apartment, plenty of space, great location, central for everything, very clean. Great for walk out coffees in the morning and easy reach eating in the evening. We will book again. However, no toilet paper, essential after a 5 hour journey. There is a multi roll holder provided!!! If you are not providing loo roll then tell us beforehand. Two TV's, neither worked as batteries were dead in the remotes. We should not have to buy batteries for your remotes. Toilet seat so loose you fell off when using it. Took 5 minutes to fix with a screwdriver, but we should not have to do this.
