"When arriving the receptionist said there was no booking for us. She wasn't willing to give us the WiFi password so we can look for other options. Had to speak to the manager to obtain the password."

"This place is incredible. The room was huge, the view was amazing and the location is in the most exciting part of the city. The lady who checked me in was so sweet and very helpful. When i checked out thete was another girl working who was also very nice. They also spoke perfect English which was comforting to me. I highly recommend this Hotel and i highly recommend visiting the beautiful city of Lviv. "
